My code is invalid
- Check the eight-digit code on the participating promotional can. Enter it again on the official EA redemption page.
- Check the local promotion terms: eligibility and dates vary by country. An ordinary Red Bull can may not be part of the promotion.
- If the same error continues, contact EA Help. LootKick cannot verify, generate or replace codes.
My code has already been used
- Check whether you already redeemed it on another EA Account.
- Rewards belong to the account used for redemption; they do not transfer between EA Accounts.
- A publicly shared code may have been redeemed by someone else. Contact EA Help if you believe your unused code was rejected.
My rewards have not arrived
- Launch FC 27 using the same EA Account you used to redeem the code, then check Ultimate Team > Store. EA says rewards go to the first platform you sign in on after redemption.
- EA says redeemed items can take up to 24 hours after launching the game to appear.
- If that window has passed, contact EA Help with your redemption details. Never share your password or unused code publicly.
Is my country eligible?
- The offer is limited to participating countries and eligible adults aged 18 or over.
- Follow your can’s QR code to the official local promotion and read its terms. Do not assume a guide for another country applies to you.
- We do not maintain a verified worldwide country list yet. Check the official terms before buying a can.
Can I redeem more codes?
- EA’s FAQ states a maximum of four codes per EA Account.
- Each code lists a seven-match loan Player Item, 250 Season Points and two Wings Cup kits. Do not assume repeat codes provide different kits.
- Check the local terms and your account’s redemption history before purchasing more promotional cans.

Are there free public codes?
The promotion uses unique codes from participating cans, not a universal coupon. LootKick does not publish or generate working codes. A shared code may already have been redeemed.
Does this code give me FC 27 for free?
No. These are in-game promotional items. You need access to FC 27 to use the rewards.
How many codes can I redeem?
EA’s FAQ states up to four codes per EA Account. Check the local promotion terms for eligibility.
When does the promotion end?
EA’s FAQ lists September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027 for can-tab codes in participating territories. Red Bull’s international article instead lists August 27, 2027. Because the published dates differ, follow your local promotion terms rather than assuming a worldwide deadline.
Are the can rewards the same as Club Membership items?
No. The on-pack promotion and Club Membership are separate reward routes. This guide focuses on the promotional can code; membership items have separate conditions.
